White dragon… from the Chalice of Mystery

Thad was twenty feet away. The white dragon lunged forward and consumed him with a single gulp!
“Breath weapon!” Ravenna screamed.
The thirty foot long white dragon exhaled bone-breaking cold and killed the thirteen men in the cavern. Those standing at the entrance of the cavern that turned away at Ravenna’s urging received only some frostbite to their backsides.

The Cavedragon Phanres… from Deathquest to Parallan

Vaylin could feel the moist heat from the flaring nostrils of the reptilian titan; he felt his heart pounding.  The Drelve froze some twenty paces from the head of the beast and motioned for the group to follow. Terror gripped him. The left eye opened. A deep gravelly voice echoed through the cavern, “You wouldn’t be trying to steal old Phanres’ treasure, would you?”

Vaylin could not move for an instant, seemingly frozen in a trance by the Cavedragon’s gaze.

The Priestess and The Dragon… from the Orb of Chalar

“I am very interested in this offer. Will you please tell the men of Lyndyn that I am coming? The arrows sting and are such a nuisance. Your fruits are so good. Have you any vintage?” Taekora asked.

Knarra reluctantly told her guards to fetch a barrel of the previous year’s yield and Taekora eagerly gulped it down. Knarra excused herself. The old Dragon settled down for a respite. In the interest of space Taekora transformed to an identical twin of the Light Sorceress Knarra. The transformation had served the two many times in the past. Not a hair was different. But Taekora could drink more wine.

Dragon… the Dawn of Magick

The prismatic dragon was a wondrous sight. His scales glowed with
all the colors of the rainbow. Lena’s eyes mirrored the Dragon’s scales as
they talked. The beast was the height of several men and the mass of many
horses. The sparkling eyes made available a window to the great wisdom
of the elderly creature.

The Wedding Dress… from the Death of Magick

Cara’s first major task was selecting a dress for her wedding. Mrs. Frathingham chose a blue dress; blue was the innkeeper’s favorite color. Eomore’s mother favored the color red which was associated with Lyndyn; the crest of the Aivendars was dominated by red. Trya suggested yellow. Cade suggested the green of the forest. Cara discussed the options all day- she couldn’t please everyone!  She couldn’t please anyone!

Mighty Eyerthrin… from the Dawn of Magick

Scintillating lights surrounded him. His tall muscular frame shimmered
in the lights, paled to a man-sized white light, and changed to a repeating
pattern of brilliant lights. The man-sized form slowly expanded to a great multicolored
sphere. The expanding sphere gradually acquired a form with
a massive head, four powerful legs, two great wings, an immense body,
and a long serpentine tail. The large roughly reptilian shape briefly flashed
many colors and solidified to the form of the ancient prismatic dragon.
The prismatic dragon was a wondrous sight. His scales glowed with
all the colors of the rainbow.
